3. Workouts
4. Notes
Weather conditions effect your physical maxima as well as the toughness of the specific workout. You can record temperature and weather here including a small note if necessery.
Physical
According to your data entered in
User Preferences, Atleto calculates the BMI
with your actual weigth. If your weight and heigth correspond well, the color
is blue. If you are to light or heavy the color will turn red. No need here to
jump out of the window, constant training will get you into the blue area anyway.
If you wish to record body fat or your resting pulse, this is the place for it.
You can even rate your happyness with your physical data.
Workouts
An overview of this days workouts is shown. You may add or modify them by the
buttons on the right.

you spent the whole day training are welcomed.
1. Time of Day
Enter when you started and when you finished your workout.
Once entered a Location, this box will remember the word you entered and

display the picks you entered in User Preferences.
Again, you can rate and note the training.
If you use to split up your running time, or if you run laps, enter the
split distance, time, heart rate you ran and press the '+'button to right.
You can edit entered splits by marking them in the field below, after
completed editing use the hook to commit changes.
Being consistend, cycling data is entered into Atleto the same way

3. Splits
Note that the distance is recorded in the unit you specified in the
