You are offered to enter a variety of different workouts and surfaces. For me, as
a runner, I decided to implace 3 different types of workouts, noting that I did my
best (max), did a usual training session (normal) or just a run for recreation.
Of course, a lot of other workout types are thinkable.
In the category surfaces, you can enter the type of surface on which you performed
your workout. On concrete, for example, you run/cycle faster than in the woods.
This menu point enables you to enter your kind / model of shoe, as well as adjusting the unit in which you will enter your data. This is crucial for several calculations Atleto performs. Choose one of km / mile / m / feet / yards.
Basicly the same is offered to you as in "Running". Additionally, you may enter a ratio in which running and cycling units correspond to each other, information will be used for the Graphical Analysis, in later versions this will be used for generating statistic reports.
