Using Atleto
In Atleto, all actions can be controlled from the main window. Note that screenshots have been taken under Linux, running KDE 3.1, the look might slightly differ if you run Atleto in another environment.

1. The Location Bar
2. The Diary Window
3. The Summary Window
4. The Overview Bar
The Location Bar is crucial for Atleto's use. Everything can be controlled from here. The menus and its use:
The Diary Window displays your complete data sorted by date. You can gain quick access to a specific training day from here.
In the Summary Window, you can find, as the name says, a short summary of your
training activity. For summarizing you can choose a specific day, month, year or
you whole training data in the
Diary Window.
It summarizes weigth and heartrate,
with each maxima / minima and calculates the averages. Total distances are counted
both for running and cycling as well as spent training time and average pace / speed.
This bar contains 3 icons, the first one will display the diary as shown in the
screenshot above.
The second icon leads to the Graphical Analysis of
weight and distance, while the third icon
will bring you to the Running and
Cycling analysis displayed in graphs.
